We are pleased to announce that The Grand Canyon Railways locomotive shop has chosen our book, Locomotive Appliances as a text in its course for locomotive firemen. And it's not just a textbook, it's a fascinating inventory of all the inventive accessories for a locomotive, their adjustment, maintenance, and use. Click on "books" to see pages from it.

At IVLW we have always given free domestic shipping. But some of our overseas customers have complained about our exorbiant rates for offshore shipping, so starting today our shipping for overseas customers is free too!

Since surface mail can take upwards of six weeks to some farther-flung parts of the globe, we are also offering overseas air mail at a very reasonable $5.00 per CD and 10.00 per book. So enjoy, everybody.

To reiterate:
No extra money for postage in the USA and no handling charges either!

Outside the U.S. SHIPPING BY SURFACE MAIL IS FREE!
For air mail add just $5.00 per CD and $10.00 per book.
